When I was pregnant of my son, Salmon which are rich in omega-3 fatty acids are one of my go to foods to reduce anxiety. Incorporate this protein into your weekly meals—grill it, bake it, or toss it into a salad. What I do the most then is to mix mash it together with boiled egg and little stew.
